GENITECH is an international corporation, privately owned, including GENIGRAPH, Optech Software and Genitech-Tunisia with 130 employees worldwide (€ 11 million annual revenue).
Since 1992 our business has been dedicated to developing complex software applications combining distributed architecture, interactive graphics, optimization, and business rules via our long term technical partners IBM, ILOG and Red Hat.
Through our consulting services, GENITECH provides expertise and solutions for Object Oriented Technology (OOT). Our engineers are experts in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Applications Integration (built on Java, J2EE, C++, C#). Our two specific skills are Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules technology. GENITECH is a leader in process Dematerialization (i.e. Paperless Processing Technology), in particular for e-Government.
We provide solutions to all levels of software life-cycle including requirements engineering, design, implementation, test, deployment and maintenance. GENITECH’s 17+ years of experience in OOT makes us experts in integrated software packages across several domains : Government, Finance, Banking, Industry, e-Services, Insurance, Energy, Telecommunication and Transportation. Ongoing training and certification for our engineers allows our customers to stay up-to-date with fast changing technology.
GENITECH develops an agile, industrial platform to design and deploy Web Self-Services called e Citiz. Capitalizing on five years of experience spanning large-scale projects throughout multiple countries, e Citiz has become the standard bearer in Web Self-Service, design and deployment platforms, taking its position as the most accomplished tool on the market. e-Citiz allows the cost of e-Services development to be reduced by two third and the maintenance cost by four fifth, and enable local, regional and national administration to benefit from e-Services advantages. Typical e-services are : automation of country-wide revenue and income taxes processing, social taxes, local and regional e-services for individuals and corporations, passports and ID cards application, e-Payment, Customer Relationship Management, e-HR (electronic Human Resources), Interactive Kiosks, Marketplaces. e Citiz also includes global and national standards (WAI-AA) regarding people with disabilities, allowing the creation of e-services dedicated to personalized care for people with special need.
GENITECH won the Local Government Innovation and EdiFrance Awards in 2005 and 2006.

GENITECH was granted the following patent for e Citiz : INPI 04 13373.

For any e-Government project, the offer will be supported by GENIGRAPH, the French subsidiary. GENIGRAPH represents, in 2008, 10 millions Euros of annual revenue and 110 employees.
